Annual Breakfast Buffet, Sunday, September 11th, from 7 am to 2 pm, to honor our Veteran Heroes.
The Warrior Foundation and Freedom Station is a San Diego based non-profit organization that cares for the needs of our injured warriors in the Southern California region. They cater to the needs of our servicemen and women that the government does not or cannot provide.
In addition to the great work they do in the hospitals they work tirelessly to provide their injured warriors a round trip ticket home for the holidays.
In our ninth year of support, The Sons of the American Legion are proud to assist the WF/FS in their needs by sponsoring a large benefit breakfast every year on the second Sunday of September. The Sons in turn are supported by a large turnout of Julianites, Veteran groups and visitors who just want to support the cause.
A great breakfast of fresh scrambled eggs, link and patty sausage, pancakes, corned beef hash, biscuits and gravy, hash browns and orange juice and coffee in an all you can eat buffet is the outstanding fare.
This year the event is on Sunday, September 11th and will have a DJ, Dave Klumph, playing musical favorites. Won’t you join the Sons and contribute to this worthwhile cause.
